This isn't something that uniform, so I thought it best to just post my dosage. I've taken 3 tapered dosages since the start of this cycle in mid Dec. The first two: Day 1- 100 mg, day 2- 80mg, day 3 60mg, day 4 40 mg, day 5 - 20 mg. (after 2 weeks repeat) Just finishing up the third dose, this time: Day 1 100mg, day 3&4 80 mg, day 5&6 60mg, day 7&8 40mg, day 9&10 20 mg. The third dose was obviously the most effective. I don't know of any standard dose for CH, hope this helps.
