I use the 100 mg pills. At the beginning of a cycle, before the headaches get too strong a toehold, I find that if I take half a pill at the VERY FIRST warning sign, the pain never gets extremely bad, and is usually gone completely within twenty to thirty minutes.
When I am at the peak of my cycle, I need a full 100 mg tablet. If I wait too long, it can take forty-five minutes or more to kick in.
For my last several cycles I have taken as many as four (occasionally five) 100 mg pills daily for weeks and weeks... hell... MONTHS at a time with no ill effects whatsoever except for the ENORMOUS damage done to my savings.
