Yes, we are all different. I was delighted when the nasal spray became available, as I cannot afford the injectors. I got an injector once as a gift, and it was wonderful... no pain at all in about eight minutes!
Unfortunately, for me, the nasal spray was VERY disappointing. It took as long as the pills to start working, never completely killed the pain, and allowed the pain to return much sooner than when I used the pills.
I had bought two six-packs of the spray, and used all twelve up in about two days. Expensive experiment for me.
I am baffled as to why the spray worked so poorly for me. The injector was great, the pills reliable (if slow) and relatively inexpensive, but the spray just didn't do the job. It's all the same stuff, after all, so I figured I couldn't go wrong with it. Go figure!
