No sleep and cluster pain is the pits. I don't know if you are on any other meds, (other than imitrex) for these attacks? You may want to talk to your doc about some more options. Bob P. told me how to post a link so I'm going to give it a try. My puter experiance isn't that great. This link is from the OUCH web-site and I think it provides some great information.
