did you say that you didn't take one of the preds?? you can if you miss one.. I have taken up to 140 mg a day ... so if you do miss one just take it with the next..also if it is medrol..I usually just take em all at one shot for the day..or 1/2 and 1/2 of the row for the day ...meaning take 1/2 in morning and the others at night..
also with that being just a week or so...you don't have to taper...I have done that many times the doc wrote take 60 mg every day for about 7-10days and then just quit...
