I was prescribed this drug after trying cafergot and I found that after a few days, it would usually kick the crap out of the clusters. I was taking a lot of anti-convulsants as well and was used to psychogenics and things such as Phenobarbitol. I no longer take all that stuff but I still have my Propranolol handy just in case after many years of remission.
