I know it's no earthly use saying to you that you should care less about your husband, at this moment, and more about yourself!
There is a large chance (for most men are basically very nice people) that he'll tell you so himself.
But I know that wifely feeling: YOU are responsible - so YOU should take care of things like dinner and cleaning etc.
Try and go a little easy on yourself at the height of your cycle. When starting out in life you promised to do your very best, after all; not to be perfect.
