Hi Vickie,

Welcome to our little club of nonsense pain. I am not a doctor but your symptoms sound to me like one of the variations of cluster headache called 'Chronic Paraoxysmal Hemicrania' or 'CPH'. These clusters are more common in females, are shorter lasting and more frequent, and (the good news) they respond to indomethacine. In one report that i read it was recommended to prescribe indomethacine to the patient to prove whether or not the head pain was CPH.

You can do a check of this condition and cluster headache at the San Fransisco Headache Clinic. There is an excellent list of food triggers there for Migraine.. at least it will give you an idea of how broad the list is and how different the triggers can be for 'headache'.

Painfree days a'head,

Brian
