Be confident in what you are saying, but not cocky. Let him know that you spend huge amounts of time educating yourself, and let him know that you understand if he is not a cluster expert. You don't want him to feel uncomfortable or intimidated. But, at the same time, don't walk out of there until you get the results you are looking for. With a good doc, you can establish a relationship where you work with each other. Best of luck.
