is absolutely sound advice. Stop wasting your money on OTC meds, they're useless for cluster headache and could be harmful. Do try Riccardo's hyperventilating hint, I do use oxygen to fight the beast but have also used the hyperventilating thing when I (stupidly) ran out of oxygen. Best of luck.
