First, I am not too much religious, but neither atheist. But....

how could a man that become atheist be upset with his parents that baptized him?

During a funeral, do you tell to the people 'who cares, he is died, nothing remain of him'? At least you can say this AFTER, and with your friends, sharing the same atheism.

The prayers are the same: if I pray for you, I do nothing bad to you, but I show a kind of care that you do not share with me. But this do not mean I offended you.

Is so strange that an atheist goes upset for this thing. Could be right if I oblige you to pray, to go to the church, oblige you to hear MY prayers.

But, in this case, WHY?

Ciao, and don't take offence from this, was not an attack, but a discussion
