This book is basically a reprint of approximately 44 research studies that were presented to the IHS Convention in 1999. The theme that year was Cluster Headaches.
Goadsby and his co-author write a brief summary at the end of each section, but most of the book is the reprints. Great info, but I'm not sure it's worth the price.
