Although O2 brings for many fast relieve, it's effect are not long lasting. In my case, where the spontaneous attacks would be in the 20 to 30 minutes range, a 10 minutes session of O2 will do the trick. However, the triggered attacks (I'm extremely sensitive to MSG) would last several hours, until the trigger is degraded. I can abort these triggered attack with 10 minutes of O2 too, but after 30 to 45 minutes the same attack is re-triggered and I have to repeat the O2 treatment 3 or 4 times.
If your untreated attacks last longer then about an hour, it is likely that they will reappear. One trick you should try is to stay an extra 5 minutes on O2 after the pain is gone. This could abort a potentially long attack completely.

Ueli
