No experience with Elavil. Just wanted to say I admire your support for your fiance. I suffer from CH too, and am also engaged. If not for the support from her and family members I would not make it through this. My fiance is far away right now and we have to talk over e-mail. How I wish I had her here to comfort me in person. After going 3 years without medication and now seemingly not getting relief with Sansert. Or feeling after reading all the posts...nothing really seems to work...I'd bet your love, understanding, and support are the best medicines for her. Keep searching, and I truly hope you find something to help her more from the medical world too. Dave
