Hi Andrea,

I am amazed at the number of women suffering from these who write here, I thought it was mostly men who got CH, must be a bad statistic. About a week ago I began to have some CHs, the first few days they were severe and I was waking in the night several times with them. I have began to meditate again and for the last three days I have only had a few mild attacks which quickly dissipate when I sit in meditation. This morning my muscles in my back shook violently as my mind seemed unwilling to let go of the grip it had on the muscles, the final release of these muscles felt very good though. I have not talked to my chiropractic friend yet but I am more and more convinced lc Bob is correct in his diagnosis. As I mentioned before when I sat in meditation regularly before the result was five years of freedom from CHs. Yoga would probably also be a fantastic solution considering it involves stretching, relaxing and exercising almost every muscle in the body. I believe we are on to solution which may help many CH sufferers from their agony. The cause of them seems varied so I don't know if will help everyone but I believe it will help many.

John
