As far as I know, cigs are not a trigger! I smoke a pack
sometimes 1 1/2 per day, depending on stress, and they don't
trigger CH. So like I tell everyone, everybodys body chemistry
is different. Try to quit, if your headache stops...there you
go.
Also I am sorry to hear that you are in so much pain. Hang
tight they don't last forever, you will get a break sometime.
