Man, whatever reason to stop smoking is a good one.... go for it. I wish I could, I hate these damn things but I can't cut down to less than one bloody pack a day. As far as the connection to Clusters.... yeah, why not? All the poisons in those "nail coffins" are bad for everything else, so why not for CHs? They affect your (our) circulation, arteries, level of oxygen, lungs, heart, sinuses (sp.?).... you name it! It makes complete sense that they would get to headaches.... maybe not as a trigger, but certainly as a cause. Tell you what, let's both try to kick this garbage and see what happens next year.
