Susie, I have graduated to 2 (5mg) tylox 3-4 times a day from percocet and darvocet. My pain is complicated as well, but the tylox has helped a good deal. I do worry about my liver as we all should with long term meds. One tylox will not do, but it may for you. You should be able to function. For the worst days I have to take 2 (40mg) oxycotin with phenergan.
