The Heffter Research institute looks the most promising because it gives contact details for several doctors, pharmacologists and research scientists. They even have a legal team! Check out these guys job titles and the places they work! Needless to say I emailed them all with the story of how hallucinogenic drugs saved my life. I suggest others do the same where applicable.
