the term stray thoughts is probably ,hopefully, the better subject, and let suicide just fall under that . Just a stray thought in moments of utter agony!Look at youself you have made it 5 years man!Let me tell you friend I have some strange thoughts,I've made it around 18 years now!
I am fortinute, mine fall in 3 year cycles for about 2 months.This time they erratic and hitting hard at night!I am on 2 kinds of antidepressants and have been the last year, has really helped although I still am a grinch in the mornings. LISTEN BRIAN, I went 10 years w/no idea what was wrong! how ? and it sounds like You have not done to bad either!Focus on what you can do , wht works for You,and helping others! like DJ
