It works the same way in Canada but I must admit that the cost surprised me. $1065 for 12 shots (almost $90 a pop) raised a question to my American friends: Do any of you buy their drugs in Canada? I read a report recently stating that a lot of Americans are crossing the border to get a prescription and buy their drugs at a much cheaper rate. There are litterally busload of people (I assume they do not have health insurance) who say they save hundreds of dollars every trip. For example, I just bought 4 Imitrex shots for roughly $220 CND (that's about 7 US dollars!) No seriously, it's approximately 150$ US, so $37 every shot. Huge difference. Especially for a drug that is produced in the US! Was anyone of you aware of this. I sure wasn't...

Along with the stronger beer, that would be the only other advantage of living in Canada. But then again, beer usually triggers an attack for me... That's it, I'm moving!
