Lee is now taking 560 mg. of verapamil--no litium, but it's been mentioned if other meds don't work. He had been four nights without an attack, but had a breakthrough last night. Have you asked your doctor about the dosage--240 of verapamil still seems pretty low, but with the litium maybe not? Hope your husband will find something that works for him. Keep us posted. Joy
