Cindy, Sad to say...I'm type AA, even without the cluster period, I get only 5-7 hours (at most) each nite. Mine started when I was 28 and reoccur ever 1.5-2 yrs for 8 weeks. Whaddya think, does the hypothalmus also cause type A's??
