But I have gone a whole year without too. Does seem to be much of a pattern to when they happen. But always in the middle of the night...anywhere from 1 to 20 days in a row...or every other day...or whatever. I have been trying to narrow this down for YEARS. No predicting it here I am afraid. Thank you all for such a warm supportive welcome. I will be sure to look into a sleep clinic once I see the doc Monday. I will be sure to send an update. Thanks again for the help.
