have been flamed as much as Migaines at this site...OK maybe not quite as much...butt a lot.

My CH went fer years best described as "relaxation headaches"...they only kicked in when the stress was gone....seemingly the opposite of what you are proposing...an yet you are getting resonses that support that anxiety theory. Go figger....uh ...I guess that what yer wife is doin....goin figgerin...all the research concerning CH helps us all.

Fer what it's worth....I am at the most stressful time in my life of 50 short years....so why am I virtually pain free?...is it the Verapamil I began just as my marriage of 22 years broke up? If anxiety caused/added to their severity I would be in constant pain. Butt i am having the lightest almost non-existent cycle of my life.

I strongly suggest each CHer keep a journal...When I go back an read mine...I can't find a rhyme or reason fer these things in me...butt some folks do identify triggers and abortives that are particular to them which may be helpful to others...an that's a good thing.

If yer anxiety research, which in my case dosen't mean doodlee-squat, stops/slows one CH in someone else...then it is a remarkably valuable thing. Keep on ...keepin on.

oxymoron
