I have one CH here and there. Then, this past January I began a set of one a day, same time, same routine. Then two a day with other bad regular headaches in between. I hit the prednisone and snapped out in the middle of February. So, yes. Some of us have one CH at a time. Hope this was helpful.--Tom--
