idea that made me think about the excess grey mater. If you had enough scans, some from first time Ch'ers and some from long term suffers would there be a difference in the amount of grey matter in the hypothalmus? This would point a finger at the question of wether CH causes excess grey matter or excess grey matter causes CH.
