My very first CH was in the middle of an EXTREMELY important meeting. It ramped up to about a level seven in less than ten minutes. I tried to stick it out, but the president of the company noticed my distress, stopped in mid-sentence, and inquired if I was okay. Naturally every head in the boardroom swiveled from The Big Kahuna to li'l ole me.

Sigh. I ended up cowering in the executive bathroom for almost an hour and a half.

The next one hit a few months later. Within a year I was experiencing the classic "cycle" of six to eight weeks once a year. Been downhill ever since.

I really hope that what you have is not CH, but I sure wouldn't want to bet money against it. Welcome aboard.
