A year or two ago, my sister owned 4 Baskin-Robbins stores with one on Route 50, Kent Island, {on the Eastern Shore of Maryland} which is on the way to Ocean City, MD. MAJOR tourist route. I spoke with her on several occasions about such advertising and she told me the same: very expensive and hard to find an empty one.
What about magnets?
Most important is to inform the medical profession. What thought has been given to having people hit thier local hospitals with literature?
