I just threw it away. I , watched my diet,didn't drink or smoke,an took herbs and vitamons to lower blood preasure. Hot shower directly on the pain side would help sooth the pain, The best NON DRUG abortive for me , and I'm not trying to be cute or funny, this may help some one, was a girl friend that new how to devert my blood flow to another region of my body. This is the 2nd cycle I've used Imetrex and thank god for it.
