All I have really heard is that these guys aren't affraid of prescribing strong narcotics where warranted. I.E I have a cousin that has severe chronic back / neck pain from an auto accident, the pain managment dr. put him on a continious low dose of morphine, changed his life dramaticly, another fellow spoke on this site about taking methadone for clusters with great success. By the way I'v never tried the imitex pills, they wouldn't work fast enough for me.
