It all depends on how you normally handle things. I have a teenage son and taking things away never ever did any good. He just plain didn't care wheather he had something or not. But I found out talking to him aand letting him know how I felt and tring to open up for him to let me know how he feels is the right way for him. Sometimes I must wait a day or two to talk to him even though I so want to just set him down and say ok tell me now!! I have to calm down first. My husband and I don't let him back talk much either. Sometimes he's just in his room till you can get him to talk. Funny how they know EVERYTHING at age 14!! Good Luck to you and I have a feeling Daniel will tell you if things with his CH get to bad. He knows you are on his side even if he doen't show it right now. Love Paula
