The headpounding you describe sure is a clusterhead trait, but the frequency pattern is atypical of cluster headaches. The food triggers and light sensitivity are usually associated with migraines, but some clusterheads have reported this as well.
I am wondering if they would have eventually settled into the typical clusterhead pattern if you hadn't discovered the psilocybin therapy. Guess we'll never know.
