the capsaisan creme... I went home with a new attitude or hope or whatever you want to call it but I was not letting the beast have the last word. I got home and Donald was resting and when he was awakened the beast was there I told him it was my turn to try and handle the beast before he got tooo bad. I gave him his evening dose of medication and got my backrub gel that I had forgotten I had (with Peppermint) I gave him something to drink and rubbed, got him laided flat on the bed and rubbed and talked and talked and rubbed until he relaxed and then I got the capsaisan creme and rubbed ever so gently on the temple area with the creme and I kept telling him to breath deep and gave him a break and in 10 min he was out of the room eating dinner and getting ready for bed. And by the grace of God he slept most of the night with no headache and was up raring to go to work this morning. He even got Caleb up out of bed for me this morning.
There are those small miracles. I will take them small or large.
