I'm experimenting with shark cartilage, one capsule per day, and it seems to ease the stiffness/shadows. There's no science here and no opinion yet. I buy it at Walmart. My old dog was nearly crippled with joint stiffness and shark cartilage worked for him, so what's to lose?
If anyone feels that 'lava coming up the pipe' burning feeling in the head/neck and thinks it's blood burning.. it's nerve burning in my case. A simple adjustment in posture takes that burning away.
