Matt, about 3 months ago I was put on verapamil. I started taking 240 mg. a day and was increased every 3 days until I got up to 640 mg. My clusters disappeared so a few weeks ago I started decreasing it and now I feel them coming back on. Thought my cycle was over. It was the first preventative med that has ever worked for me. Well, I am going to keep increasing it until the beast is gone, gone, gone! smile, nancy c
