I am sorry that some unscrupulous marketeers overpriced you and most probably sold you MSM in tablet form. My experience has been that the MSM tablets don't work! I purchase MSM White Crystals and capsulate them myself. The only side effect that I get from MSM Crystals is that my hair & fingernails grow at least twice as fast as normal. The other factor you need to know about using MSM Crystals is that it depletes the Vit."C" from your body.
