Just my unlearned opinon based on 31 years of unlearned CH experience.
Actually I feel sorry for you Rocky. You see, because I have CH, I get pain free periods between clusters. This remission is 2 years, 3 months long and counting. You, by your own admission are still in "constant" low level pain. I hope some day you find the pain free life I am living.
