I know I've said that a lot lately on this board but it works for me and some others, too. Georgia is right, Prednisone, tapered down, helps some break the cycle. It does for me. Your brother is very lucky to have you. It is obvious you care very deeply. Do not get disheartened. Read this board, ask questions and support your bro. The best thing you can do for him is be there!
