The message board is full of helpful advice,tretments and storys about ,what effects they have. On the left is a list of topic/links. The medical info file will help a lot, Going over the posts on the board will help a lot too. Most of your questions can be answered. I 'm not trying to "run ya off" please stay and share, but it would speed up your learning curve on CH. glad to help
