Um...I don't think he has been treated any differently than someone would be who showed up dangling a carrot to a starving horse and then not telling the horse how to get the carrot. Oh wait, there is a possibility the horse could PAY to get that carrot that would save his life, but first the horse has to ask all kinds of questions and jump through a few hoops. Then, the poor horse learns that this might be a hollow carrot that is only used to feed horses with other diseases, it's a carrot that gives shiny coats, but won't nourish him.
That's how I interpret it anyway. I don't think Rocky needs US to forgive HIM for anything. I did like his second email addy though....rocky@aliendecor.com - fitting. Thus, my Earth to Rocky comment.
