Rich, I'm on my second cluster using Depakote. My doc orginally prescribed 3 tabs x 250mg per day and it helped but moved me to 4 tabs for a total of 1000mg per day. I think it helps. I've found it also takes about two or so weeks to kick in and the doctor agrees. At that dosage you also have to have blood test.
I'm still having attacks but very mild compared to the usual killers.
