ive been taking verap and Lith everyday for nearly 11 years, only side is slight hand tremors.
i get blood work done every six months (neddle in, needle out--no big deal) to check for toxic levels of lith. but dont let that scare ya ive been doing it for a long time and im fine so says the doc----LOL
