Dave says nothing works as fast as the imatrex injection, but he hates needles. He has tried the imatrex nasal spray he says that works in like 10 minutes. Tell your brother to also give up drinking alcohol for the duration of the headaches. Dave finds that the imatrex pills DO NOT work if he has alcohol in his system and alcohol is a definate trigger. good luck to your brother (ps I should have told you I am the wife of a CH sufferer and he doesnt type well but once in a while he tries LOL)
