I'll check the CPT code book when I go to work and see. They very well may not be one. Good question and I'll try to find the answer. When you are at the DR'S office it is comon to check the code that closest fits your Dx. and to have several Dx at one time. We need to work on this and I'll talk to my friend in the Ins. Comp.
