lurking out there somewhere, then I challenge you to volunteer for the education committee and do some real research about doctors and codes and insurance and report your findings back to a very interested audience.
A few responses to a questionnaire are nothing more than a subjective assessment of our personal opinions about our doctors. And since many are dissatisfied with their doctors there would be little to be gained here.
The type of research you are interested in calls for dedicated and concentrated focusing on the problems and delving into records, not just people's opinions.
But if you think a questionnaire addressing this issue would be valuabe, then why not make your own - one of such limited scope can be handled by any one of a myriad of little free scripts offered online.
