Just for starters, be advised that my 33 page report log is no laughing matter. And for you Sir, to attempt to make a mockery out of me and my former medical condition, well illistrates your lack of humanity and honesty. This web site is full of sick minded people. I am glad that I am not apart of it. The unprofessional conduct I have seen displayed here is straight out of a cesspool.
