Y'know the song "Killing Me Softly"? I love your writing because you always enunciate perfectly what is banging around inside my own being. Been walking too. Not for the joy of it. Quit smoking, not for the "feeling better about myself". All because I feel like I have a gun pointed at me. I'm afraid not to. Can't take CH much more and have to do what I can to make it the best it can be. It's helping.
