My wife & I are constantly "on the go" so we don't always get around to doing things right away. I have the habit of taping television programs intending on watching them later (as if time would somehow magically appear). Last night, I was searching for a blank tape and placed it into the VCR. It turns out, I had taped George Dubyer's Inaugural Ceremonies. They were rather typical of any presidential inaugural ceremony but I must say that I am highly dissappointed with our Military today. They certainly need more practice. Out of the 21 shots fired in the salute to the outgoing president, not a single one of them "hit".
