I worked full time as long as I could being chronic getting almost all my ha durring the day. I ended up working parttime for 2 years by just taking time off hear and there when I was supose to be working fulltime because I just couldn't handle it. I have been off work for almost a year now. I have just found in the last couple of months that lithium works for me in preventing my ha. It took three years of chronic headaches to find it but hey! Hang in there and take care of yourself and do whatever you need to do to survive. Good luck!
